Return of Parcel / Document:
Mainland: If your parcel returned to My zzqss Express warehouse due to your parcel rejected bydomestic customs inspection, our customer service will inform you to rearrange shipment via another way of international express. RMB50 will charge for rearrangement, the new shipment fee shall bear by consignee.
Foreign: Consignee shall bear the return fee and re-shipping fee if your parcel returned to My zzqss Express warehouse due to "product inspection not pass standard regulations" , "wrong address", "repeatedly sending failed", "no one sign for acceptance", "unable to contact consignee".
1) Please check your parcel packaging and weight before you acknowledge your parcel, if there is a discrepancy please do not accept the parcel. Please request the delivery person to inspection and take note on the airway bill with signature.
2) Please contact to our customer service immediatetly if your product damage, product missing or wrong puchasing product. Kindly attach photo to our customer service as well.
3) Complaint will not be accepted when parcel acknowledge after 24 hours.
